1. Agreement
By playing COILGO ("the Game") you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Game. They are an agreement between you and Tyga.Cloud Ltd ("we", "us"), a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 14643275).
2. You must be 18 or over
The Game is part of the Tyga Games network, whose game center lets members talk to each other, so it is not available to anyone under 18, with or without a parent's consent. Purchases must be made by the account holder or with the permission of the person responsible for the payment method.
3. The Game
COILGO is Go played as a roguelike in your web browser: practice boards, a daily board that everyone plays once, and ranked races where two players play the same board separately and the deeper run wins. White's stones are played by the Game.
Your ranked rivals include members of the Tyga Games network. When a network member is not playing live, their run on your board is played by our computer player at their rating.
We may change, add or remove features, and suspend or end any part of the Game. We do not promise uninterrupted access.
4. Players and accounts
You can play as a guest. Signing up gives you a player you keep across devices. Sign-up for the Tyga Games network happens at the game center (tygazen.com), under its own terms; COILGO may also offer its own account while that is being introduced. Keep your sign-in private, do not share, sell or transfer your player, and tell us at once about any use you did not allow. We may suspend players who break these Terms.
5. The one purchase
COILGO has one purchase, the full game, sold through our shop at shop.coilgo.com and its payment provider. It unlocks the whole game: every stage, every theme and ranked. There is no in-game currency, no advertising, no loot boxes and no paid boosts, and the daily board is always free.
Purchases are generally final. A refund may be granted at our discretion within 14 days of purchase. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under UK or EU law.
6. Fair play
Ranked and daily results are checked by replaying every move on our servers. Do not use bots, automation, scripts or exploits, tamper with results or the ladder, or reverse engineer the Game. Report bugs rather than use them. We may void results, remove ladder entries, or suspend or ban players who cheat.
7. Ladder and seasons
We may reset seasons, and adjust or remove ladder entries and match results where we find cheating or a technical error. A match nobody takes may be voided and left unrated.
8. Intellectual property
All Game content, including code, art, board and charm designs, names, interface and text, belongs to Tyga.Cloud Ltd or its licensors. You have a limited, personal, non-commercial, non-transferable and revocable licence to play. Without our written consent you may not copy, distribute, modify or commercially use any of it, scrape its content or data, or use any part of it, including game records, to train or develop machine learning or generative systems.
9. Other services
The Game relies on other services: hosting, our shop and payment provider, and the Tyga Games game center. We are not liable for their failures or outages, and they have their own terms and privacy policies.
10. Liability
COILGO is a game, provided as it is. As far as the law allows, our total liability to you for anything arising from it, lost progress included, is capped at what you have paid us.
The law never lets anyone exclude liability for death or injury caused by negligence, or for fraud, so neither do we.
11. Ending
You can stop playing at any time and ask us to delete your data (see the Privacy Policy). We may end or suspend your access if you break these Terms. Personal data is deleted within 30 days of a deletion request, except where the law requires us to keep it.
12. Disputes
Before starting formal proceedings, contact us at legal@tyga.cloud and allow 30 days to resolve it informally. These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and its courts have exclusive jurisdiction. If you are a consumer in the EU, you may also bring proceedings in your country.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms. We will tell you about material changes in the Game. If you keep playing after a change, the new Terms apply; if you disagree, stop playing.
